We’re in need of a reservations assistant to handle a number of administration activities and roles.
A typical day might include greeting customers with a smile, responding to telephone calls and emails, and booking guests on their epic Red Cat Adventures tours!
You’ll of course need to file paperwork and handle money too, but you’ll get to hang out in our reception area with some great tunes and meet some amazing travellers everyday!

As a casual employee, this role will include working Monday to Friday with possible weekends and public holidays (so plenty of variety in your schedule), and you can expect an initial 20 hours per week for an immediate start, followed by 38 hours per week available from April 2019.

To be considered for the position, you must have:
- Relevant previous reception experience
- Local industry knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fun and friendly attitude
Advanced Procharter reservations experience is also essential when applying for this role.
